Terms of service.

All floral preservation pieces created by our studio are handmade works of art crafted with real, natural flowers. Because each bloom is unique and undergoes an organic drying and preservation process, 100% color or shape perfection cannot be guaranteed. Some flowers may darken, fade, or change in tone, and a small number of blooms may be lost during the process. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that these natural variations are part of the artistic nature of preserved floral art.

When customers ship their bouquets to us, we photograph the flowers exactly as they arrive to document their condition upon receipt. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers upon arrival or for any damages that occur during shipping to or from our studio. Likewise, while we package all finished products with care, we are not liable for any shipping damages after the order leaves our possession. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file any claims for in-transit issues. Finished pieces should be cared for properly by the customer — avoid placing them in direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures, as these conditions can cause discoloration, moisture damage, or warping. All flowers will naturally fade over time; however, our color-correction techniques and UV-protective sprays help slow this process. Please note that all epoxy resins, regardless of professional grade, may develop slight ambering or yellowing as they age.

Once the drying or pressing process is complete, customers will be notified to choose their final products and designs. Customers have one (1) week from the date of notification to make their selections. Any unclaimed projects beyond that timeframe will incur a $30 per week storage fee until a final decision is made or the project is completed at the studio’s discretion.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction policy from the date of pickup or delivery. Within this period, customers may request free re-polishing or minor adjustments (such as resin surface touch-ups or hardware tightening). Major alterations or changes to design, size, or layout after completion are not included and may require an additional fee.
